The online CMS official calendar supports subscriptions. This means you can see CMS events in your personal Google or Apple iCal calendar. Updates propagate automatically. To subscribe, follow the simple instructions below.

To see various CMS calendars in your Google Calendar

  1. Login to your Google account in your usual Web browser
  2. Click here to subscribe.
  3. Select the calendars of interest from the list that will be displayed.

That's it. You will now see the CMS calendar events together with your personal events. Any changes to CMS events will automatically be reflected in your calendar.

To see various CMS calendars in MS Outlook

  1. Open the MS Outlook application
  2. Under the Tools menu item, click Account settings, then select the Internet Calendars tab. Click New... and paste in the links to the calendar of interest from the list below. Finally, click the Add button.
  3. That's it. You will now see the CMS calendar events together with your personal events. Any changes to CMS events will automatically be reflected in your calendar.

To see various CMS calendars in your Apple's iCal calendar

On desktop or laptop:

  1. Open the iCal application
  2. Click the Calendar menu item, then Subscribe, and then paste in the URL(s) of choice from the list below. Click Subscribe.
  3. That's it. You will now see the CMS calendar events together with your personal events. Any changes to CMS events will automatically be reflected in your calendar.

On an iPad:

  1. Open the iCal application
  2. Go to Settings, then Mail accounts, calendars, then Add account, then Other then Add subscribed calendar, and then paste in the URL(s) of choice from the list below
  3. That's it. You will now see the CMS calendar events together with your personal events. Any changes to CMS events will automatically be reflected in your calendar.
